Human Resources. It depends on the company, as j_9 said. Examples of situations where heavy lifting could be required:
    - Movement of office furniture.
    - Movement of banker boxes (They're small but can be REALLY heavy)
    - Movement of paper/supply boxes.
    - Movement of seasonal items, i.e. christmas tree, halloween items, etc.

Sometimes human resources is a catch all that includes a lot of office management, or menial office tasks. As well some tasks will require heavy lifting. They are responsible more of the office functions, so if the function needs specific things to be hauled then HR will do it.

With most jobs the exact job description might not match the exact duties.
