"Clear cache and cookies" under Win10
Windows 10 is wonderful until I want to do something that used to be under Tools. I can't find Clear Cache and Cookies! I wanted to set it up under Task Manager, because Scrabble on Facebook slows to a crawl quickly.

Are you using the Edge browser? If not which browser are you using?
Having a full cache would typically not slow down internet activity. I would recommend instead to do a scan with MalwareBytes Free version and delete all it finds. Then use Ccleaner's excellent Startup function to turn off these programs: https://www.piriform.com/docs/cclean...rting-programs

    I use Chrome.
Games can really be hogs, and Scrabble is the worst. Often I just reboot and that helps.
No malware. I'll check out the Ccleaner
    thanks.
