    I am new caterer/event coordinator for the United States Army, Fort Indiantown Gap in Pa.

    I'd purchase booth space at bridal shows, along with taking samples of my cooking to places that service military functions. Wedding and party coordinators, along with reception halls are good places to start.

    If you already have the job or contract, why do you need one?
    Letters of introduction are archaic. Jump right in with menu ideas, pictures, and prices. People don't read anymore. It has to be succinct and be able to be read in less than 2 minutes.
