    Unauthorized charges Itunes
I play a game called Word Streak with Friends. You have an option to buy
Additional tokens which I've always done via Itunes. They have my credit
    Card #.

All of a sudden it says "Your purchase could not be completed" For assistance
Contact Itunes support at... etc. So I go there and they ask for my Serial #
I give it and they say it's invalid... I try again, I double check, it's my Serial#

NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR TOKENS THAT I NEVER GOT... THEY ARE
ILLEGALLY CHARGING ME AND I CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM BECAUSE THEY
    WON'T ACCEPT MY SERIAL #.

Please, can someone help this technically challenged senior citizen..

It sounds as though your iTunes account has been compromised and your credit card information stolen. Contact your credit card company about this.

As J_9 said your account has been compromised. They probably changed the contact information so it doesn't match your info. That's why they think its invalid. The first thing to do is call your credit card company and tell them not to accept any further charges from iTunes and to refund the fraudulent charges (not sure how much you will get back on past charges). Once this has been done you need to contact iTunes, explain the situation and ask to open a new account.

Thank you both for coming through... in an explanation that I can understand
Despite my not being technically educated.

I clicked helpful not inaccurate... did I click the wrong box...
I'm sorry if I did... I got an honest, easy to understand response and would
    Def NOT call it inaccurate
