    Does cialis inhibit ability to have an orgasm?
    I have received brachytherapy for prostate cancer. No sex problems until I received Vantas implant as psa levels began to rise again. Am taking cialis and have good erections, lots of feeling but no orgasm last few times of intercourse.

    No, you should be able to have normal ejaculation with it. It can delay, making it take a longer time, and can, if the person tires prior, can lose erection due to becoming tired prior to ejaculation.

    Cialis is used for people with erectile dysfunction. It's prescribed to people that cannot get an erection. You are getting an erection. Cialis only help with the erection, not orgasm.
