Why is my screen saver not working correctly
I run a personal computer using Windows Vista. The screen saver is about 5-minutes slow to "work". For example, if I set the timer to 15-minutes, it takes 20-minutes for computer to go into the screen saver mode.

There can be any number of reasons for your screen saver not to turn on. What you might try looking at is what is running in the background and see if that is causing some kind of delay.
