    That depends on, if you are asking about a "Real Passport" or the ones that the Scammers are trying to get you to buy. Buyer Beware.

    It will cost about 100 USD (a little less) there is no medical required, there is no police background check needed. They get it though the Ghana government. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks.

    If they are traveling to many places like the US or most of Europe, the visa (gotten from the embassy of the government you wish to travel to, is less than 200 US dollars.

    Total cost for all paper work, less than 300 USD

    There is not travel allowance, or basic travel allowance, no document fee at airport and no, none of the officials have to be bribed.
