    Defragment a disk
    Is this procedure something that can be done manually in Windows 7.

    Windows 7 uses the NTFS filing system which mitigates the need for defragging. But yes, this can be done from Windows Explorer. Right click on the Drive and Select Properties>Tools>Optimize and Defragment
