Dedicated server never shows in WAN
I have created a dedicated server for ARK: Survival Evolved. However, my server shows only in local, I can't find it in the unofficial lists.
If I view the server info through steam, the address is 192.168.1.77:7777, which is local.

If I tried to add my server as favorites, it's not responding.

I have done the port forwarding. 27000/27050 (UDP), 7777/7778 (UDP), 32330 (TCP).

Here are some concerns about the port forwarding:

I have downloaded a port forwarding checking tool, then I can see if it's the problem of port forwarding.
I found that be4 I started the server, the port was ALWAYS open.

Once I started the server, the port would be closed.

If I stopped the server, the port would open again.. Why is that?

I have disabled my firewall software.

I have made all the service could traffic in/out through my router.
I have disabled WAN PING block mode.

I have tried to enable DMZ hosting on my local IP.

Btw, my router mode is V1000H (Telus).

I don't know what else I can do. Please help me.

    Thanks, everyone.
