    Free msc scholarship in electrical engineering for ethiopians
    I am assistant lecturer in electrical engineering at debre markos university ,Ethiopia. And I want to do my Msc in electrical engineering on abroad. Please suggest me full tutition free universities.

    It really will not happen. You may find a work/study program, but unless you are already publishing papers and have some great research project idea you can sell to a university. There are almost no "full" scholarships anywhere.
