    Cracking my neck and back! Will I die soon?
    Hi there, I'm a young boy and I've been cracking my own neck for about a year now. I'm really scared because I recently learned that it could kill me. I use to, every single day crack my neck about 50 times. Since about a couple weeks ago I've slowly decreased till where I manoeuvre it about 10 times a day. I don't want to die. Am I close to death already or am I scared of nothing?

    I have also cracked my back for about a year and recently a couple of times I cracked it and it really hurt me. I ended up pulling a muscle in my back, I also got a little bit numb and it tingled.

    Am I going to die soon? Or if I slowly stop now survive?

    It won't kill you. It's just a bad habit.

    It can perhaps long term do damage to those areas. It is something you should stop, completely.
