    Legend pizza!

Those dirty bar-stewards from Dominos put a booklet full of vouchers through our door (we only live a few doors down) with deals like '50% off when you spend £30 or more'!

Now I think it'd be rude not to use them ALL don't you?

Is it wrong that we still get them to deliver the pizzas from 100 yards up the road?

Here's one of the toppings, I use, I brush the top of the bread with Olive oil, the mixture:

    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic salt
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp parsley

I just roll the bread sticks in this and then bake as usual.

I work in pizza hut, the garlic bread slices come in a big blue bag frozen, they are pre cut and already contain the garlic spread on them, pizza hut only make the dough for the pizzas every single other ingredient is made for them by food companies.

p.s there are 2 sprays they use, one is called tarant which is just oil to spray on the pans to stop the pizza sticking, the other is garlic butter spray which is sprayed on the crust of cheesy bites and stuffd crust. Garlic bread has no spray at all.

I have worked at PH for 11 years. Im sorry to say that there is no recipe nor is there any special spray that is used. They come in already perforated and frozen. They are then broken up and laid in a pre-oiled pan and sprayed with food release so they will have a golden brown color. When they are cooked, we brush them with butter and sprinkle the garlic seasoning (already comes pre-mixed) and there you have it.
    Hope this helped

I assumed that they were talking about the breadsticks because they said spray and crumbly garlic... lol maybe the poster could clarify.
