I purchased a silver braclet inlaid with what I believe to be coral back in 1993-94 in f lagstaff Az. It is signed by the above artist.The websites I've visited the say anything about them are jewelry stores featuring native American made jewelry. I was only to find one braclet made by them and the store owner added to the description this is the only braclet they have ever seen by these artist.

Did you mean Dilbert and Carol Seciwa? About half way down on this page, there is a bear design bracelet by them:
