I Have A Serious ? &. I need to know!
OK I need to lose about 5 pounds! And I heard from a lot of people that Vinagar makes you lose weight.. and is it true? Does it help? Please help me out.. or give me some ways I can lose weight! Please!

Multiple trials have shown that acetic acid (one of the main components of vinegar) increases the feeling of fullness, and so you don't feel compelled to eat so much. (you don't need to go crazy with it, just a small amount will reduce your food intake for the day).
The best way to lose weight is to eat healthily and exercise daily.

You must be kidding: "I have a serious problem??? I need to lose five pounds?"
Browse under "health problems" and get realistic.
You have a wish to lose five pounds.
That's not a problem.

I think I lost 5 lbs in like the first week when I got my personal trainer. Exercise, do a lot of cardio, and eat right. Sodas, snacks, and late night meals were my biggest problem!

There is an old time doctor , who was from Vermont, who wrote about the benefits of vinegar. For weight loss he said, "mix one tablespon of apple cider vinegar and two tablespoons of honey in a glass of water one half hour before each meal." It works as an appetite suppressant. “Folk Medicine, the honey and cider-vinegar way to health” by D.C. Jarvis, M.D. in 1958.
Of course, there is the other component of a reduced consumption of foods such as fats, sweets, and junk foods.

Hi TK. I am running 400 amp service into my new contruction home. The electric compnay is running a single 400 amp line to the meter. I have to split it to the two panels at that point. You had told me once before that I need a 320 amp meter socket and then run 2-200 amp lines to the separate...
