    Moving & credit inquiry?
    So I plan on moving I have one question I moved out of a previous apartment I owe them it has not went to collections yet or hit my credit , I am thinking about going to one of there sister complex under the same management WRH Realty. My question is will they be able to tell, and know I owe them or rented to there sister complex.

    This depends completely upon their book keeping systems and how they keep their accounts. My personal guess, is of course they will know.

    Most likely they will require that you list previous residences. As soon as you do, they will check the records.
