I got sentence to one year probation and never even made it to the first meeting with my probation officer so a warrant was issued. I went back to jail and the judge revoked my probation and put me on a payment plan for my fines and cost. Now I have to go in front of a judge for a probation violation. What is going to be my punishment?

How and when did you get out of jail. You said, judge revoked you, which means he sent you to jail.

How long has it been since that violation,to now?

What is the violation for.

My guess, you go back to jail.
