    Old hydro Quebec bill
    I have an unpaid bill from Hydro Quebec dating back to 1994 , can they force me to pay after all these years ? I haven't had a hydro bill in my name since.

    I would not worry too much about it if it is that old. They probably couldn't find you anyway. But if they did, of course they could force you pay, in small claims court. The bill cant be that huge from 94.

    I would be surprised if the statute of limitations is 20+ years.
