    Rice Dough Ratio to Baking Powder
    I want to use baking powder in my rice dough which will be used for steam cake. If that is possible what is the ratio of rice dough to the baking powder? Thank you.

    One tablespoon of baking powder to l-l/2 cups of rice flour.

    It should be 1:2. means 1 spoon baking powder and 1/2 of cup rice.

    Oh sorry for that... I apolozise for that yah it should be little bit of baking powder in 1/2 cup of rice.

    I think 1 spoon baking powder in 1 cup of rice. That means 1:1 is the ratio.
