    You can also call an eye doctor's office and ask for help. They should be able to help you with low cost services in your area.

    What public welfare assistance to you receive? (if any)

    Have you talked to a case worker, at social services.

    The lyons club is a great start.

    If you are a veteran, talk to the VFW and the American Legion to see if the local post will help you.

    Also, Catholic Charities

    And first, the religious group that you may belong to locally, is a good place.
