    Chondromalacia
    I have Chondromalacia (causes knee pain under the kneecap and is due to softening of the cartilage) from doing lunges holding weights. What is the fastest and way to heal. I would like to continue my running and weight lifting

    "I think". Check with an orthopedic person to first make sure what is wrong and then how to correct it.

    Depends on the seriousness. Often rest and ice. But it may need surgery or physical therapy. The doctor treating it, should have more information
