    Abdominal pain during periods
Hey, any can tell me that why there is severe abdominal pain in my lower belly, (no cramps) with nausea during periods. I had unprotected sex 3 months ago. Could this be pregnancy or its any other medical complication? I have been feeling too much depressed for last 5-6 days. Please help if anyone has any idea.

Are you having periods? That is the first sign. If you're not having periods, than you could be pregnant. Have you take a pregnancy test?

There are some gastrointestional issues that present like like that. I would go to a doctor and get them to look at it.

If you are afraid of a pregnancy, then why were you having unprotected sex. Babies are what result from unprotected sex.

But I agree, periods are contraindicative of a pregnancy....meaning you don't have one when you have the other.

You should be seeing an OB/GYN, as amoung other things this could be a symptom of Endometriosis but tests would be required to determine what it is and what it isn't. Nobody can diagnose much less treat you online.
