    We don't know you...don't know what kind of food you offer...don't know where you are...don't know how you are selling this food...there is so much to know that would help this to actually be answered.

    Just to add, depending on where you are at.

    Do you have a business license.

    Is your kitchen inspected and approved for food production.

    Will your products meet all of the required labeling laws.

    Will you have product liability insurance. Lets say someone claims food poisoning or that they were allergic and your product not properly labeled?
