    What is her job duty?

But she will do her job, till it is close due date, have the child, and return to duty when fit after birth.

    Like any job.

The military is a job like any other. The only difference might be a transfer to job duties that would be more suited to her condition.

No, Federal law prohibits it. However, she may be put on modified duty. Transferred to a different base. And its also possible her superior officers may make life hard on her hoping she will resign. But she can't be discharged just because of a pregnancy.
