    It appears someone who misspelled HIPAA has admitted they were trolling the boards. I stand by my statements as I am a true medical professional and am truly re-educated in HIPAA laws yearly. More often if one of our employees violates. If a staff member violates the entire facility is re-educated without telling us why. We can only assume at that point that there has been a violation.
