    Expansion joint for 3 flr shopping mall
    I am working on 3 flr shopping mall now. The expansion joint located t gridline 15, middle of the mall. Both end of external brickwalls have vertical expansion but how about internal brickwall inside the mall for tenants?

    There are some tenants' wall across gridline 15 expansion joint. Do I need to provide vertical expansion joint for the tenant's wall?

    What do the project drawings indicate? This is a question for the architect. We have no way here to examine gridline 15.
