    230v setup?
    I have two wires going out to my pool pump.. one is a ground and the other two are 124v each... is this a 240v setup?

    Two 15 amp breakers.. I thought that was odd.

    Depending on how the breakers are connected you may not get 240. The wires need to be on different main lines. If the breakers are side by side and power nothing else, replace with a double pole breaker. If they are on different sides of the panel, you need to rewire. Remember, 240 comes from a 120 VAC supply, 1 from each side. If you could see the inside of a panel box without breakers, you would see that every other breaker switches sides for the supply. So, you may have 240 or 120. Are there any white wires? Measure across the two blacks and see if you get 240.
