    How can I find best parking near Manhattan Cruise Terminal?
    I am willing to visit Manhattan Cruise terminal but I don't know who is the best parking service provider near it.

    What do you mean by "visit"? If you are going on a cruise, then the best parking is on the roof of the terminal. If you are are just seeing someone off I would look for an Edison garage in the area.
