Land contract and purchasing a new mortgage
If I have a land contract on a condo does it help my financial situation to record it or will it complicate closing on a new home loan?

If you are purchasing a condo on sales contract, it protects your interest in the condo. If you are now trying to get financing to purchase another home, it may help if you can show a good payment record on the contract.
