    Why should felons get free money when the law abiding people don't?

    Good luck trying however... its more of a myth than a fact.

    Grants are seldom given to an individual person. There are grants for some non profits to help with half way houses, to do work release programs and other things.

    If the felon was drug related, they can not get many educational grants. Available to most people
