    If they have met the first 15 events to sign up with them (their promotion), then they aren't free.

    From their website:

    As we are a new business in order to get started we are allowing the first 15 events free publicity when they apply on the Register Your Event page.
    We will then introduce a fee of 10 euro plus transaction charges.
    Note that it is the first 15 events to apply, not the first 15 events they promote, that get free service.

    They may be legitimate, but they probably aren't free.
