Where can I get a location map? And how much it cost?

Can you please provide additional information. Where is this, even what country, we are international site.

Also explain what type of map, both the tax office and the recorders office ( or sometimes a separate office) in most US counties have all property by parcel or plat or other identification code.

There are many other mapping systems for street address, satellite views and more.

Requirement details to sell it is the Location Map as per the Broker. I do not know what kind of Location Map and where to get it. Is it true that I maybe can get

Here in the US, we can get all that information at our town/city hall, or wherever land records are kept. In some places, it's a county.
It might be the deed office, or the tax office, or you can start with the big books of maps. But starting with the maps is for people who don't know their own address. It adds an extra step.

This is all free of charge in the US, unless you need something printed out.
