    Is it a violation when pharmacist ask loudly if you have a birth control card?
    Is it a hipaa violation if the pharmacist ask you out loud while there are lines of people waiting as well behind you if you have a birth control insurance card? Also Is it a violation to at the same time say it out loud that you have Medicaid insurance?

    Not really, they are discussing payment options, not exact medication.

    Also, consider having cards in hand, so theydo not have to ask

    No, its not, but I would go to the store manager and register a complaint that this happened.
