    Obamacare
    Old lady lives with her son on low social security income 1,370 a month
    She does not file income tax on her social security. So she is ineligible
    For the Obama subsidy. Medicaid in Florida will not be expanded .
    Some say file a income tax statement even if you do not owe taxes.
    And you may qualify for the subsidy so she can buy health insurance for her son.

    If He's over 26... I believe he has no choice but get his own insurance.

    How old is "old "? 65 and she should be on Medicare.

    HUMM my son things 35 is "old

    Not enough information as to why,

    But yes, she needs to file for credits.
