    Hi I'm 17 and have very bad pain in my right side by my belly button and I have a fever of 100.1 shrug burns when I pee. What would that be.

    Burning when you pee is usually a urinary tract infection (UTI) or a sexually transmitted disease (STD).
    Pain to the right of your navel could be one of many things. Let's hope it's not a UTI that has backed up. You need to see a doctor regardless - you can't treat a UTI yourself.
