    Buying several properties with a 1031 exchange. Can we use two different realtors for two different areas?

    Properties have to be of like kind, be identified within 45 days and received within 180 days. If its US real estate, it must be US real estate. Get a competent real estate attorney! It's a write off and will pay in the end. Yes, you can use different agents in different areas.
