Unit Cost is the price a unit costs you the buyer. For example a car company buys a car for $10,000

Unit Price is the price you the seller sells the unit for. For an example the car company sells the same car for $15,000

Unit sold is the number of units actually sold. For an example the car company sold one car to a customer. The unit sold is one unit.

You can also Google the following terms: Unit Cost; Unit Price; and Unit Sold for complete definitions.
