First you have to take your -5 times h and times +3.

    Now you have 2 -5h - 15 =-28

Now just solve for h by either adding or subtracting your other numbers to both sides of the equation.

    2-5(h+3)=-28
    > 2-5h - 15 = -28
    > -5h= -28 + 15 -2
    > -5h= -15
    > h = -15 / -5
    Therefore, h = 3
    Easy Peasy :)
