    Where to Incoporate?
    Should I incorporate in my home state of Ohio, or should I try in other states like Deleware, or Nevada? Does it really matter? What kind of protection do these states offer that Ohio doesn't?

    Where is it easiest and least expensive.

    Usually DElaware.

    How about doing an LLC?
