    Private browsing
    Since updating my iPad to IOS7, I have a black strip along the top of my screen and it's tells me to switch off private browsing in safari settings but nothing like that in settings at all?

    Settings -> General -> Restrictions -> Websites (Allow all Website)

    Also open safari, tap bottom left corner.
