Salary for scale point 1 trainee position
Hi I am doing training in a primary school as an administrator but I do not no what these scale points mean and what the salary is for each one. I am in the UK and I saw on my file under the pay section it is 'NJC scale point 1'. I have not got my first pay yet as I have only been there a week, but can someone tell me what the salary would be for scale point 1.
