    Mortgage Payment
I wonder where you send your payment. Using your own bill payer .like this customer below.

Ours got bought by Ocwen also. Pay them through bill pay and you shouldn't have any problem. I use Chase and although it says it takes 5 days to get there, they post it within a day of me sending it.

At least this way you will have proof that you sent it and can backup anything they ask of you.

Sadly, it looks like Ocwen is going to get bigger and bigger as far as mortgage servicing goes. Just keep sending them money, and they shouldn't give you a problem.
Paper check are mailed to OCWEN P.O.Box 6440,Carol stream, Illinois
60197.Wonder if this is the same for electronic payment??
    Anybody know

Here's their contact page (and I'm guessing the electronic payments don't go to Carol Stream, which is a whoop and a holler away from me) --

Electronic payments work through your bill payer service. They need to have an agreement with the merchant to accept electronic payments. It may be the same address or it may not.
