    Have no idea, unless he has lesions on his penis and they are irritated. Doesn't sound good. Do you know him well?

    Have you both been tested? Does he have any allergies? Maybe to the condoms you're using?

    Yes, hadn't thought that it may be a latex allergy. Try an alternative, there are many now.
