Harbor Breeze 52" Ceiling Fan D5201 (not working)
Thanks in advance for everyone's help: problem, it's not getting any power? I replaced the batteries in the remote, and the little red light's working, so I don't think it's the remote. Could it be the box/sensor inside the fan that triggers the remote? If so, how would I go about replacing it?

Worst case, if I get rid of the remote all together (not my preference), are you able to wire it up directly, so it'll work manually?

    Much appreciated!

What do you mean "its not getting any power" do you mean the fan

Assuming remote is getting power as you have a light coming on on it.

Do you have pullchains so you can circumvent the remote and see if it turns at all.

If not it could be a dipswitch problem... which is very common
