Harbor Breeze 52" Ceiling Fan D5201 (not working)
Thanks in advance for everyone's help: problem, it's not getting any power? I replaced the batteries in the remote, and the little red light's working, so I don't think it's the remote. Could it be the box/sensor inside the fan that triggers the remote? If so, how would I go about replacing it?
Worst case, if I get rid of the remote all together (not my preference), are you able to wire it up directly, so it'll work manually? Much appreciated! |

What do you mean "its not getting any power" do you mean the fan
Assuming remote is getting power as you have a light coming on on it. Do you have pullchains so you can circumvent the remote and see if it turns at all. If not it could be a dipswitch problem... which is very common Please read here Ceiling fan troubleshooting guide - fan is not working |
