    Work project
Ok so I've been given a project for work.

I am a team leader and have 50 door to door fundraisers under me. I need to use £200 that I have been given and come up with an idea that will do any of the following

    Increase donors per member
    Increase attendance
Increase the average donation per member.

This must take place for the month of October.

Previous ideas have been running a league. Each donor earns one point. A donor above a certain amount gets 3 points. Not missing a day in the week earns a bonus point. At the end of the month the winner gets a cash prize as do runners up- 2nd, 3rd and 4th places..

    Any ideas?
