Can I strip gold from gold fingers with used car battery acid
I have computer scrap some gold finger from pci card I kep them in mettry acid witch I took from m old car bettry I keep them more then 48 hours but no result foundit is still same I want to strip gold from themi did not finde any pue acid from markeet I search loot for is no hydrogen no niteric acid .
How can I strip gold with heat of any other trick I am searching pleas any body can help me. |

The watch is 18k gold and is magnetic. Gold is not should not react to a magnet when it I placed near it. I was wondering if the pins in the bracelet are gold? Daniel Mink 18K watch.
