    You are responsible for buying supplies for the upcoming camping trip you can buy packages of stew that just need water added and then are heated. Each package cost $4.95 and contains enough stew for 2 people. You need to buy enough packages so that you can have stew for 3 days for the trip. There will be 8 people on the trip. How many packages do you need? What is the total cost?

    8 divided by 2 since the packet feeds 2
    So 4x3days=12 packets.
    12packets x 4.95cost= 59.40
