    How to report a person who is SSI fraud?
    The mother is disabled. Her son lived with his father. She still collected the SSI check. Why and how can this be stopped?

    How can what be stopped? She's not entitled to SS if she's disabled?

    Is the son also on disability that she is collecting his check too? I am with Odinn, if she is disabled she gets her SS.

    Who has legal custody of child ? Is this a supplimental check to the child. It would go to the legal guardian of the child.

    Was the move to father of child done though courts
