    Right knee pain
    I am having a pain in my right knee since two to three months.its a slight pain that ocurs when I jog,walk or hold some weight during walk.its really bothering my jogging.I can't jog properly know.I don't know what is the reason behind this.there no sound or anything else.its just a slight pain.someone told me that its because of lack of calcium.but am not sure about this.can anyone suggest me what to do about this because I wants to continue my jogging routine.

    Are you in physical therapy for this? Is that why you posted this in the physical therapy forum?

    Has this pain been diagnosed by a doctor? That would be the first step. No one can diagnose you online.
