    Reason for no energy
    I am 46 yr old female who is tired all the time with no energy and sick to stomach I had a complete blood workup done and its all normal what could be wrong

    Not enough information to even start guessing, with even the medical, all other information needed. But alternative medicine needs to know entire life style

    Wow, you didn't give me enough info. You say bloodwork is okay, but exactly what bloodwork has been done? Have you had your thyroid checked? How about hormone levels? When was your last period? You might be going into menopause which could account for your lack of energy.
