    You can whiten them but many products are abrasive and mess up the enamel and the whiteness doesn't last long. Best to have the dentist whiten them and suggest products.

    Baking soda mixed with your toothpaste, with persistence and three times a day, will do a pretty good job and will not harm the enamel on your teeth.

    For seriously yellowed teeth, your dentist will have to do a deep cleaning.

    I do agree, backing soda works about as good as anything you can do at home
